JESUS asked 307 QUESTIONS because that was a central aspect of his teaching. When we ASK QUESTIONS and LISTEN WELL, we make a HEART CONNECTION and STRENGTHEN THE RELATIONSHIP, whether Marriage, Parent-Child, simply all our relationships!

Instead of overreacting say, “WE LOVE EACH OTHER. HOW WOULD YOU FEEL IF I SPOKE TO YOU THAT WAY?”

After a calm period, ASK for an APOLOGY and GUIDE the child toward a better decision with QUESTIONS!

DON’T fly off the handle because I DON’T LIKE YOU is not life or death!!!

SENTENCES ARE THE EXCEPTION because sentences feel DEMANDING to a child. WILL YOU PLEASE increases the likelihood of compliance and OBEDIENCE from a child because he or she is MAKING THEIR OWN DECISION rather than being told what to do.
